Membership Fee & Classification

ATC offers two (02) membership categories designed to support businesses at different stages of development, while ensuring meaningful participation within Singapore’s enterprise community. All members enjoy access to ATC’s enterprise resources, business support, trade engagements and community initiatives, with classification determined by involvement level and participation scope.

Membership is open only to Singapore registered or incorporated corporate entities (eg: ACRA registered with a valid UEN). Membership is not extended to individuals [See Important Note1 Below].

The two membership categories are:

Ordinary Member

Ordinary Membership is suitable for enterprises seeking deeper engagement and stronger participation. Ordinary Members are voting members, and play more active role in contributing to the business community.

Eligibility:
For Singapore registered companies with paid up or authorised share capital of minimum S$ 500,000;
or
For Singapored registered Sole Proprietorship / Partnership with Individual Notice of Assessment of at least S$ 800,000.

Voting Rights:
Yes. Accorded full voting rights.

Membership Fee:
S$ 1,199.00 per year

Associate Member

Associate Membership is suitable for enterprises that wish to be part of the ATC business community and gain access to enterprise support, development programmes, knowledge resources, and networking platforms.

Eligibility:
Open to all Singapore based and ACRA registered entities (including sole proprietorship, partnerships);
or
Provided complimentary for 1 year for enterprises that have been approved under any of ATC's accreditation programme(s)* [See Important Note2 Below] .

Voting Rights:
Not applicable

Membership Fee:
S$ 899.00 per year

For new registrations:

  1. A one-time entrance fee of SGD 1,853.00 on top of the annual membership fee will be applicable.
  2. Entrance and/or membership fees paid are non refundable and non transferable upon membership termination.
  3. No proration of annual membership fee will be conducted. A business that has registered and becomes a new member in any part of the year will pay the full amout of annual membership fee. On the following year (ie: anniversary date), an invoice will be issued (via email and BizPortal) for the membership renewal.
  4. Membership termination will require at least one month's written notice from the business and any outstanding membership fee shall be made payable upon termination.

Important Note1 - Membership open only to corporate entities

Membership is only open to corporate entities registered or incorporated in Singapore ("Member Entity"). Each Member Entity may appoint up to two (02) authorised officers to represent the Member Entity in matters relating to its membership.

Appointment of Keyman (Primary Appointment)
One (01) of the appointed authorised officers ("Primary Appointment") shall be designated as the Key Representative (“Keyman”) of the Member Entity and shall be a senior leadership individual (eg: Chairman, Founder, Owner, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Managing Director, or a C-Level executive (or equivalent) as recognised and declared by the Member Entity.

Appointment of Authorised Representative (Secondary Appointment)
If an authorised representative ("Secondary Appointment") is appointed by the Member Entity, such representative shall be a management-level personnel of the Member Entity. Where no eligible Secondary Authorised Representative is appointed, the Key Representative (“Keyman”) shall be the sole authorised representative recognised by the Association.

The declaration of Primary Appointment and appointment of Secondary Appointment (if applicable) is made during the application process. Please ensure that the correct information is declared as the Association shall reserve its right to request verification of the individual(s) or reject applications that bears incorrect information and/or declarations.

Important Note2 - Complimentary 1 year associate membership

As part of ATC's commitment to supporting Singapore' enterprises, a one (01) year complimentary associate membership is accorded to corporate entities that are accredited under ATC's accreditation programmes. The list of eligible accreditation programmes are:

  • Singapore SME 500 Award
  • Singapore 40 Under 40 Business Leaders
  • Entrepreneur 100 Award
  • SME Cyber Security Excellence Award
  • BizCert Accreditation

No separate application is required for the complimentary membership. The complimentary one (01) year Associate Membership will be automatically activated together with the issuance of the accreditation’s digital welcome kit and/or digital certificate. Complimentary associate members are covered under the same coverages as indicated above.
